Contractor is to verify measurement of areas to be bid. Please make an appointment with James Hoesman as soon as possible. 2. Remove existing carpet or tile in specified hallways or classrooms. 3. Provide all materials and labor to install new LVT 4. Repair or replace base molding as required a. Halls may vary between carpet base and rubber base moldings. 5. All hallways shall consist of the following specifications a. LVT must closely match existing LVT in each school both color and quality. b. Style: Match existing as close as possible c. Color: Match existing as close as possible d. Specs: Mohawk LVT overall thickness 2.5MM, Wear Layer 20 mil, Finish M-force Ultra, overall emboss, or other equivalent product.
