Site work for a civil project in Beaver, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
It is noted that this project will be bid separately from the ELK MEADOWS WEST VILLAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 2022. Contractors may bid on both projects as two separate contracts will be issued. Each contract will be independent of the other due to project specific funding and requirements. The Elk Meadows Special Service District Water Improvements involves the construction of a new 250,000 gallon concrete tank and modifications to the existing 70,000 gallon tank. It also involves the re-development of the Triple Chair Spring and the construction of a new booster station, the expansion of the Puffer Lake Spring and redevelopment of the existing booster station. Additionally, approximately 11,000 feet of pipe will be installed. A SCADA system will be added and all existing water meters will be upgraded to be radio-read.
