The Town of Pownal is seeking proposal from qualified individuals to secure a one-year contract for cleaning services for Town Hall. SCOPE OF SERVICES A. General Cleaning once a week in all buildings 1. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, take out trash and recycling. 2. Clean all glass door windows with glass cleaner 3. Vacuum all carpet areas and sweep and mop all hard surface floors 4. Dust lobby surfaces and offices if requested 5. Restrooms- Disinfect all sinks, commodes, urinals, cleaned inside and out. Wet mop all floor surfaces and clean mirrors with glass cleaner. Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispenser as needed. 6. Disinfect all door handles. 7. Disinfect conference table. B. Additional cleaning bi-monthly 1. Wash baseboards 2. Clean window sills C. Areas to be Cleaned Lobby Copier Area Kitchen/Break Room Conference room Offices The Town of Pownal reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
