Site work for a civil project in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The character of the work is removing and replacing existing stormwater inlets and pipe runs, and performing point repairs on defective pipe sections. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY, MEASUREMENT, ITEM 770 LF 26-inch Borehole w/ 22-inch Casing 120 LF 20-inch Borehole w/ 16-inch well screen Varies LS / Hours Aquifer Testing The project is to be completed within 180 calendar days The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. This Project is for a public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This project is a Federal Aid project and subject to prevailing wage rate requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). Each workers in each trade or occupation that the contractor, subcontractor, or other person who is a party to the contract uses in performing all or part of the contract, must be paid not less than the higher of the applicable state or federal prevailing rate of wage. The applicable state or federal prevailing wage rate for this project shall be the most current wage rates published before the date of bid opening.
