The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide consulting services to review and update the 2004 Pleasant Valley District Plan for current economic trends and community needs based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide all requested services The City of Gresham seeks to have an updated Pleasant Valley District Plan (PVDP) that is ready for Council review and adoption. This work will require the consultant to provide: economic and land use analysis reports a robust city-wide engagement effort a development strategy report a full report and recommendations to update the PVDP a power point presentation/talking points that will be presented to City Council No pre-bid conference will be provided.
