As of May 27, 2022, project was awarded to Knife River Corporation, awarded amount is $2,359,104.60. The 2022-23 Street Resurfacing Project work described in this contract and the basis of payment shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove AC and PCC pavement by cold-planing, excavate street base, and install graded rock, and installation of warm mix asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) in accordance with current City of Corvallis Standard Specifications and the 2021 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction. The ACP design for warm mix asphalt shall incorporate a reinforcing fiber blend of Virgin Polyolefins and Virgin Aramids in accordance with the project specifications. Work also includes reconstruction of ADA ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter adjacent the street resurfacing, electrical junction box modifications, and contractor installed temporary and permanent pavement markings and other work as shown on the Plans. The Engineering estimates are Schedule 'A' - $1,440,000; and Schedule 'B" - $730,000.This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
