Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Questions deadline is extended to May 2nd at 2:00 PM EST PC/Leeper joint venture has been selected by Charlotte Water as the construction manager for the Mallard Creek Water Reclamation Facility Phase 1 Improvements project in Charlotte, North Carolina. This project includes process air and liquid and solids process train improvements that will allow the facility to expand from its current 12-mgd capacity to 14.9 mgd. Liquid process train improvements include a new influent pumping station, new flow equalization facilities, new alkalinity storage and feed facilities, and plant drain piping improvements for centrate equalization. Work to the solids process train includes a new sludge screening facility and improvements to the primary sludge pumping station, solids handling building, dewatered cake storage pad, and digester sludge heating and biogas safety processes. PC/Leeper will work with engineers Brown and Caldwell and CDM Smith on this project. Construction is expected to begin in late 2022 with completion scheduled for January 2027.
