The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The completion is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The requirement is reserved 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 238190 Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors with a size standard of $16M. An organized site visit has been scheduled for April 14, 2022, at 9:00AM HST. Masks are anticipated to be optional. Participants will meet at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720. All other materials, supplies will need to be provided by the contractor. The trusses are originally designed for a 20 foot span at 6 foot increments, however, the hoop house needs to be 21 foot span at 6 foot increments with a 3 foot eave height. The finished greenhouse is to be 21 feet by 36 feet with trusses beginning approximately 3 feet above grade. The site is rough graded but sloped little bit. Site preparation is required.
