This 24-hour operating fire station will be approximately 8,436 square feet in size and will include 2 apparatus bays, living and sleeping quarters for 5 personnel, a small public vestibule, and commensurate working areas for personnel. The estimated cost range for this project is $5,400,000 - $5,800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work listings received after the day and hour stated above will not receive consideration. Owner reserves the right to postpone the Bid opening.
