The bid security can be in the attached Prescribed Bid Bond form, which shall be executed by the Bidder and a qualified Surety, satisfactory and payable to the Miami-Dade County, Florida, Board of County Commissioners. The bid security can also be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent national or state bank. The successful contractor must execute a one hundred (100%) Surety Performance and Payment Bonds.
