Miami-Dade County, hereinafter referred to as the County, as represented by the Internal Services Department, Strategic Procurement Division, and on behalf of the Miami-Dade County Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) Department, is reopening RFQ-01295 (hereinafter referred to as the "Pool," "Developers Pool," or "Qualified Developers Pool") to solicit proposals from experienced Developers to submit their qualifications for inclusion in a Pool of Qualified Developers for the development of existing County-owned Project Sites, under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program to accomplish the goals stated herein. Currently prequalified developers pool members that were approved under rfq-01295 do not need to respond to this solicitation, as they are already prequalified as indicated under resolution no. R-298-20. The County reserves the right to use this RFQ for selection of developers for projects on County owned land that will not incorporate the RAD program. It is the County's intention to solicit qualifications from as many Developers as are interested, to verify all information supplied, to evaluate submissions and pre-qualify Developers for future projects. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
