This Request to Qualify (RTQ) will establish a Prequalified Pool of Vendors (Pool) that will be used to solicit telecommunications installation services, repairs, utilities locations, equipment, tools, and material purchases for Miami-Dade County (County). Placement in the Pool is not a contract between the County and the Vendor, but an acknowledgement that the Vendor meets the qualifications as outlined throughout this RTQ. Vendor Submittals will be accepted during the initial advertisement of this pool and during the Expansion Window as described in Section 2.6 for placement in such Pool. Any Vendor Submittals received after the initial RTQ closing date and not during an Expansion Window, will be returned to the submitting Vendor. Vendors can be pre-qualified in one or more of the groups listed in Section 2.4 of this solicitation. Vendor's must complete Attachment's A, B, C, and/or D in order to be considered for this pool.
