Remove from the site all concrete including concrete pad, footings, brick and block and dispose of properly. 8. Clean and clear the site of all brush, trash, downed trees, tires, and dilapidated fences. 9. Grade site to conformity of adjacent property, apply grass seed and straw. 10. The City reserves the right to make separate award of each line item, a group of line items, or all line items, and to make an award either in whole or in part, whichever is deemed in the best interest of the City.
