The scope of work includes approximately 8,100 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, 2 1/2 Superpave WMA binder course, and 1 1/2 Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair; keyway milling; wedge curb spot repair; structure adjustments; linestriping; and all necessary appurtenances for said con- struction on various Borough roadways. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed ato LSSE. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania "Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3"; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verifi- cation Act (July 2012) apply.
