Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Windsor, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Install new building vestibule, new suspended ceilings, paint all walls, install new flooring for Social/Senior Services departments located at the L.P. Wilson Community Center located at 599 Matianuck Ave. in Windsor CT. Contact Whit Przech at 860-285-1870 with any questions related to this project. The selected CONTRACTOR will as per project drawings and specifications; install I replace following M/E/P equipment; Demo per drawings, install new building vestibule, new suspended ceilings, paint all walls, install new flooring. All work will be scheduled for late spring summer 2022. WINDSOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ARRANGE ALL HAZMAT TESTING, AIR SAMPLING, AND REMOVAL THEREOF. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY HAZMAT COSTS IN YOUR LUMP SUM BID PRICING. WINDSOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF DDC CONTROLSAND ALL SIEMENS FIRE ALARMSYSTEMPROJECT WORK
