The Gateway Services Community Development District (District) owns and maintains the stormwater drainage system within the Gateway community that are a part of its overall Surface Water Management System (SWMS). The work for which this proposal is to be submitted consists of furnishing labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials and services to perform a complete video inspection of the DISTRICT stormwater drainage system specifically those located within Basin 4 of the Gateway Services C.D.D. stormwater system. All work performed shall be in accordance with specifications and Contract Documents. A certified or cashier's check on a national or state bank issued in the State of Florida or a bid bond in a sum of $2,500, made payable to Gateway Services Community Development District, shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that the bidder will not withdraw from the competition after opening of bids and, in the event that the contract is awarded to the bidder, he will enter into contract and furnish the required certificates of insurance and other necessary assurances, failing which the bid deposit may be retained by the DISTRICT for liquidated damages. Proposals shall be prepared, addressed and submitted in compliance with the detailed instructions as set forth in the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to determine Qualified Bidders and the right to reject any or all bids, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, or to accept the bid which, it its judgment, best serves the District .
