A Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in the favor of the West View Water Authority shall accompany each Proposal, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Proposal, as evidence the Bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of an award. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in Proposals and to reject any or all bids.
