Off-Road Ditch Maintenance Services (At various locations around Lorain County): 250 hours of Class 120 Excavator with Operator; 75 hours of Class 35 excavator with Operator; 125 hours of Tandem Axle Dump Truck with Operator including dumping fees; 75 hours of Dozer with Operator (450 18000 lb or equivalent); 125 hours of Single Axle Dump Truck with Operator including dumping fees; Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Should any bid be rejected, such certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit will be forthwith returned. The Board of Lorain County Commissioners reserved the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities if it is deemed in the best interest of Lorain County to do so. Any interpretation, correction, or modification to the specifications desired shall be in writing to Robert Klaiber P.E. P.S., Assistant County Engineer, 247 Hadaway Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035 and must be received at least four (4) working days prior to the date of the bid opening.
