The Board of Education of the Elyria City School District ("Owner"), is soliciting statements of qualifications for a construction manager-at-risk in connection with the Phase II Stadium Improvements consisting of but not limited to: a new softball field; new parking, drives & connection walks; a new North Complex Building which includes construction of concessions, restrooms, locker rooms, training room, storage, and fiber/data/phone line; scoreboards; baseball improvements; Middle Avenue fence & nets at soccer practice fields; electric substation screening; lighting; storm water management; and any such additional related improvements deemed necessary by the Owner (the "Project").
