Saving Project...

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Contractor shall install a Riello Model TH201500 water heater (1,500,000 btu). The Riello water heater will be facilitated on-site and the bid is only for installation of water heater to the building system. Startup of the water heater must be completed by certified Riello technicians. Reference the following for the project scope: McMahon Engineers Architects Project No. O0002-92200124 dated April 4, 2022 (3 pages) The Contractor shall provide a one year labor warranty. A PO will be issued by end of day May 13th. The Contractor shall achieve final completion of the project by 3:00 p.m. CT June 10, 2022. Failure to complete in this timeframe will result in a $100.00 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty Outagamie County has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this bid and to reject any and all bids received prior to award, to waive any or all informalities and or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either an identical or revised specification.
