Site work and paving for a civil project in Scott Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes approximately 16,250 SY of roadway milling / profiling, 2 1/2 depth Superpave WMA binder course, 3/4 depth Superpave WMA 'scratch' course, and 1 1/2 " depth Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair; bituminous wedge curb spot replacements; concrete curb spot replacements; structure adjustments to grade; catch basin repairs; traffic control; lawn restoration; four add alternates for additional roadway improvements; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various Township roadways. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township of Scott. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
