**As of June 20, 2022, project was awarded to Wooldridge Construction Group, awarded amount is $103,067. 88** Estimated Length of Project: 120 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) The project is the demolition and removal of the existing two-story Student Center on the campus of the Henderson Community College (HCC). Building removal shall include removal of the entire building, building utilities and selected site improvements. The existing site area to be filled with soil and established turf.No Questions Will Be Answered at the Site Visit. All Technical Questions Shall Be Emailed to the Architect/engineer of Record for This Project. All Procurement Questions Shall Be Directed to Buyer of Record for This Project.
