Renovation of a water / sewer project in Henderson, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of October 5, 2023, per owner, an engineer and general contractor have been identified. Construction is already underway. The Henderson Water Utility is seeking submittals of Requests for Qualifications from firms qualified to provide engineering services for the design of water and wastewater relocations, extensions, and improvements, required for Renovations to the High Service Building at the North Water Treatment Plant, including pump and motor replacement, check valves and piping, VFDs, and modifications to the building and associated systems. The Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive informalities and/or technicalities. Conflicts of interest, gratuities, and kickbacks as defined and provided for in KRS 45A.455 are absolutely prohibited.
