Renovation of an educational facility in Teutopolis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work consists of removal of existing windows, infilling of window openings with concrete masonry units, and masonry restoration. This includes brick replacement, tuck-pointing, replacement of control joints, and masonry cleaning. Prevailing wages in accordance with Effingham County is required. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner. Award of a contract is anticipated to occur at the April, 2022 meeting of the Board of Education. Begin construction on May 31, 2022. The Work shall be Substantially Complete on or before July 29, 2022.
