Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt invites Proposals for the supply of janitorial services for the following City-owned buildings: A. Merritt Civic Centre - 1950 Mamette Ave, Merritt, BC B. Merritt City Hall (Upstairs & Downstairs) - 6173 Kootenay Street, Merritt, BC C. Nicola Valley Aquatic Centre - 2040 Mamette Ave, Merritt, BC D. City Park Bathrooms - at the following locations: Central Park, 2975 Voght St, Merritt, BC Rotary Park, 1990 Maxwell Ave, Merritt, BC Lions Memorial Park, 2408 Voght St, Merritt, BC Fairley Park, 1788 Quilchena Ave, Merritt, BC Voght Park, 1500 Canford, Merritt, BC The City may execute separate contract for each of A to D, depending on proposals received. The contract term may be extended by two further one-year periods at the City's sole discretion, and subject to mutual agreement with the Contractor on pricing and terms for the extension period.
