Site work for a mixed-use development in Lake City, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Florence County is accepting proposals for design/build services for the expansion of the existing lake at the Lake City Park, 273 N. Church Street, Lake City, South Carolina. The successful proposer must have experience excavating fill materials in wetland areas in accordance with Corps of Engineers approved construction methodology and must be properly licensed in the State of South Carolina to perform the work. Florence County is expanding the existing lake by excavating an additional 4 acres on the existing property located at 273 N. Church Street, Lake City, SC. The successful proposer will be responsible for all engineering, permitting, and excavation of the lake as it relates to the expansion, including removal of existing trees. The lake must be excavated in accordance with United States Army Corps approved construction methodologies outlined in this solicitation.
