The City of Lake City is seeking proposals from for-profit and non-profit developers to build affordable housing for low-income households. The City is utilizing funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to pay developers directly for development costs and will contribute housing sites from City owned property. The City is interested affordable housing. The City is interested in proposals that can offer affordable low-cost housing under $90,000.00 per home. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
