Florence School District 3 seeks submittals from engineering firms licensed in SC to provide engineering services for a proposed HVAC Equipment Upgrades. Engineering Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to: determine appropriate equipment to be installed, prepare necessary plans & specifications, submit documents to the Office of School Facilities, prepare complete bid package, supervise installation and provide guidance during project. Florence County School District Three is seeking submittals from engineering firms licensed to do business in South Carolina to provide engineering services for a proposed HVAC Equipment Upgrade project at Lake City Early Childhood Center located at 906 N. Matthews Road Lake City, SC. Engineering Scope of Services: Includes, but is not limited to: Determine the appropriate equipment to be installed Prepare all necessary plans and specifications Document Submittal to the Office of School Facilities for approval Prepare complete bid package Supervise the installation as needed Provide guidance to owner throughout the project Work with contractor to assure prompt accurate completion of the project Create necessary "punch lists" and follow project through to final completion Work with regulatory agencies as necessary The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
