The deadline for filing a complaint about the public body adjudication or award process is April 21, 2022 . Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check made out to the order of the Municipality of Hope or a tender bond totaling 10% of the amount of the tender valid for a period of ninety (90) days from from the date of opening of tenders. Bidders are required to abide by the Contract Management Regulations issued by the Municipality of Hope. Tenderers must complete the declarations relating to said by-law, which is attached to the tender documents and submit them to the Municipality with their tender. Only persons, corporations or companies holding a contractor's license and having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are eligible to bid. To be considered admissible, any tender must comply with the tender documents, be made on the forms provided with the estimate and be accompanied by the requested documents. The responsibility of the Municipality is in no way engaged due to the fact that the opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The Municipality of Hope reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation, lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
