To do this, the City of La Malbaie wants to retain professional hydrogeology services to carry out a study to assess the potential for operating underground wells. The tender documents describing the conditions relevant to this call for tenders can be obtained in electronic format on the electronic tendering system or at 1-866-669-7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization. The City of La Malbaie incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Quebec - Ontario Agreement (ACCQO) and the Quebec - New Brunswick Agreement (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
