There is existing landscape that will remain noted on map o Lawn is roughly 4500 sq feet o 75 cubic yards of screened loam o Install irrigation (Hunter or Rainbird system)-the PSI is about 60-75, with a 3/4 "-1" line, and water source would be from spigot on Pawtucket St. front entrance. Backflow preventer would be installed by UMass Lowell staff o Fine rake and sod lawn areas (4500 sq feet of sod)- area in green on map o Add planting beds and plants on Pawtucket St entrance. Landscape materials include: (area in blue on map) o Crushed Stone with Mirafi fabric and steel edging - 70 linear feet of steel edging - 570 square feet of crushed stone and fabric o Crushed stone specs are a 1/2"-3/4" dark grey, pea gravel, washed, round riverstone o Landscape consists of: - 5 Arborvitaes (Nigra) - 5 PJM Rhododendrons (#10) - 10 Ilex Glabra Densa (5#) - 12 Itea Henrys Garnet (#3) - 12 Karl Foerster Grass (#2) - 30 Stella d'Oro or Rosy Returns Daylily (#1) - Mulch @ 2" depth - Add planting beds and plants on Merrimack St. Landscape plants are to be as follows (area in range on map) o 8 Henry's Garnet Itea #3 o 12 Blue Wonder Catmint #1 o 14 Stella d'Oro Daylily #1 o 17 Glabra Densa Inkberry #5- (noted as Ilex glabra Densa installations) o Mulch @ 2" depth o All debris will be removed offsite by contractor.
