Paw Paw Public Schools is soliciting competitive bids for eight (8) different audio/video upgrades around the district. All solutions must be turn-key which includes but is not limited to: installation, cabling, calibration, training, lift rental, and removal of old equipment to a location designated by Paw Paw Public Schools. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Bidding Documents. Please indicate any additional information or options that are not listed in the specifications. Bid quotes are guaranteed for 90 calendar days. Paw Paw Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of Paw Paw Public Schools, the right to award a contract other than the lowest bidder, and the right to award multiple bids per each of the eight (8) upgrades. An optional site visit is guaranteed to all potential bidders upon request to enable them to tour the district, see upgrade locations, and ask questions regarding this project.
