Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Paw Paw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant including replacement of the existing aeration diffusers, blowers and distribution air header. The project also includes upgrades to the existing concrete structures and piping, valve replacement and sludge removal. Work also includes improvements to the existing building including FRP door, electrical improvements and painting. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Paw Paw reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Paw Paw.
