Site work for a mixed-use development in Terrace, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contract is generally for the following work: Pathway construction including excavation, installation of base and subbase gravels, electrical conduit, wiring, concrete light bases, poles, luminaires, CSP culvert’s, landscaping, preparation for asphalt paving and other related works on Grand Trunk Pathway Extension between Frank Street and Kitsumkalum River Bridge. The project is located in the ROW of Highway 16 west, between Frank Street and Kitsumkalum River Bridge. Grand Trunk Pathway Extension 2022, works to include: Path Construction Excavation Removal of Trees, shrubs, planters etc. New base and sub-base gravel placement Trenching and installation of electrical conduit Installation of electrical wiring, light bases, light poles & luminaires Installation of CSP culverts Construction survey and layout Traffic control Pavement Preparation Reclamation & Furnishing Asphalt removal and disposal Boulevard stripping/removals for topsoil Topsoil and grass seed. Installation of new signage Installation of Bollards Chainlink fence Installation Other related works
