Project No. 211219 The New Hanover County Emergency Logistics Center project consists of constructing a new 51,506 SF single-story facility New construction includes timber piles, reinforced concrete foundations with spread column footings; reinforced concrete SOG; tilt-up concrete wall panels; masonry; structural steel framing, joist & decking; storefront windows & entrances; TPO roof system, metal roofing, metal composite wall panels; interior partitions (masonry & metal stud GWB) Major Systems include fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical (gas rooftop units, mini-Split Systems, BAS/DDC), electrical, fire alarm, emergency generator and emergency radio communication enhancement system Interior finishes include hard tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, paint, Division 10 (specialties, signage, metal shelving), dock levelers, window blinds, casework (plastic laminate, solid surface countertops), window treatments, residential appliances, commercial washer & dryer Site work includes erosion control measures, grading, import/export fill, site utilities (storm drainage, water, sewer & fire services); site concrete (walks, pads, drive aprons); asphalt pavements, pavement markings & signage; fence & gates; and landscaping Site is located at 3835 Juvenile Center Road, Castle Hayne, NC 28429
