As of December 12, 2022, this project is in Negotiations with the Design Professional, no schedule is available at this time for bidding and construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the design, documentation, construction and fit out of a new approximately 71,000 gsf veterinary diagnostic, analytic and research laboratory building and attendant site development and improvements on the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine New Bolton Center campus. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $54,000,000.00. The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. Refer to the project e-builder solicitation folder for instructions regarding Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise participation.
