Renovation of a parking garage in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.This project involves structural repairs to concrete cracks, spalls, and other structural elements at the Borough parking garage at 100-192 E. Linden Street. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. Estimated Project Cost: $250,000-500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
