Remodeling of a municipal facility in Oregon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Project consists of converting an existing bank building to new Village Hall use. Project work is composed of three floors of interior remodel work, and miscellaneous exterior updates. Project includes first floor remodel of office space, and second floor remodel of new village board room and community room. Hard Copy Proposals shall be submitted in an opaque envelope, on the forms provided, and marked with the name and address of the bidder and accompanied by the bid security. If the proposal is sent through the mail, or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope marked with the notation "VILLAGE OF OREGON-VILLAGE HALL REMODEL- BID ENLCOSED" and address to Village of Oregon, 117 Spring Street, Oregon, WI 53575. Optional Online Submittal of Proposal- Electronically through QuestCDN vBid Online Bidding- the online portal will be open for vBid by April 28, 2022
