The Village of Oregon ("Village") is seeking proposals from qualified construction, real estate, and / or architectural firms to provide owner's representative (OR) services to the Village for the conception, planning, and design stages of a new senior center facility and related development activities. The OR is expected to provide a full range of services for the Village, including but not limited to project consultant and vendor selection; oversight of concept planning stages of project including a space needs analysis and evaluation of property conditions; budgeting; scheduling, and managing the overall project process while protecting the best interests of the Village. Questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted to Martin Shanks, Village Administrator The deadline for questions or requests for clarification will be 12:00 pm, Wednesday, June 1, 2022. The Village will publish an addendum to the RFP addressing all submitted questions and requests for clarifications on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 Week of July 11th Interviews of selected candidates, if necessary. Monday, August 1st Recommendation to the Village Board and potential action. August Contract negotiations with selected candidate. September Final contract approved. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any information or irregularities in any proposal, and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected.
