The proposed contract requires the completion of regeneration assessment and free-growing surveys in the field, as well as GPS layout where required. This also includes submission of office deliverables such as signed survey reports and documentation, spatial data, and self-audit of the Land Resource Manager application (LRM) uploaded data. All sites are in the Ramsey and Landslide operating areas of the Quesnel Timber Supply Area. They are accessible by 4x4 or ATV via gravel roads. The locations of each site are shown on the overview map included with the tender package, and individual block unit maps are provided as well. The Contractor will conduct all contract activities in accord with the specifications in Schedule A, Schedule C and other Appendices of the contract. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.CaribooChilcotinTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 3:00 p.m. on April 28, 2022. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 3:00 p.m. on April 29, 2022. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
