This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Reno, Nevada. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Work shall include regular janitorial services with the specified frequency at TMWA's Corporate Office, Glendale Water Treatment Plant (GWTP), Longley Water Treatment Plant (LWTP), Chalk Bluff Water Treatment Plant (CBWTP), Mt Rose Water Treatment Plant (MRWTP), and the Mogul Diesel/Hydroelectric Office. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Proposals." This is expected to take most of the day. All companies submitting a proposal must attend all 6 site visits. A one-hour break from 11:00 am 12:00 pm will be held for lunch. TMWA will not provide lunch to any attendees. Any prospective bidder arriving after 8:00 a.m. shall be considered late and shall not be permitted to attend the conference. TMWA will accept and entertain proposals from only those Bidders in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference. Facsimile and Hard Copy Proposals will NOT be accepted RFP EVALUATIONS: Proposals will be reviewed and scored by an evaluation committee. Interviews may be requested. Results and pertinent information will be posted on NGEM and proposers will be notified electronically. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the Proposal which is deemed by TMWA to be in the best interest of TMWA. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities and/or informalities in the proposal process. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: June 2022 with a start date of July 1, 2022.
