This building serves as a wellness and training facility located at o 2524 Westgate, Pendleton OR 97801 The wellness side of the building consists of approx. 5400 sq. ft. with approx. 2500 sq. ft. half court basketball, aerobics machine area and weightlifting area. Also located in the building is men's and women's locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers SERVICES NEEDED: One day per week cleaning Aerobics and Weight Rooms: o Sweep and mop floors or vacuum if carpeted o Wipe down and sanitize aerobics and weight equipment using an Agency-approved disinfectant**(see below) Basketball Court: o Mop floor Drinking Fountain: o Clean and sanitize Entrances and Exterior Windows: o Clean entire area including entryways, exit doors, door glass, windows, windowsills, chrome and brass push plates, door pulls, frames, floors, door mats and high touch points to remove fingerprints and smudges Restrooms/Locker Rooms/Showers: o Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, and sinks o Clean and sanitize counters, includes removal of mineral buildup o Clean and wipe down mirrors o Clean and wipe down benches o Wipe down and sanitize door handles and other high touch point areas o Sweep and wet mop floors as needed o Empty and clean trash receptacles as needed o Restock all toilet paper, paper towel and toilet seat cover dispensers Floor Maintenance (Hard Surface); Cleaning; Sweeping: o Sweep hard surface floors as needed o Clean and damp mop hard surface floors in high traffic areas as needed Trash Removal: o Empty the trash receptacles from all locations o Change trash can liners, as needed All questions to be submitted by April 11, 2022 @ 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
