The Work consists of removal of a three-span, 182-foot concrete bridge over the Umatilla River, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. Thorn Hollow Bridge Removal (Bridge No. 59C379) Additonal Description: The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded by the Oregon Department of Transportation State-Funded Local Project Program. Buy America statute under Title 23, United States Code, Section 313 applies to this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This project is subject to the CTUIR TERO Code. TERO Compliance Agreements must be signed between all contractors and subcontractors and approved by TERO prior to commencement of work.
