Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work which will be described in the RFP documents as approximately 3,500 linear feet of 48" welded steel water pipeline within Orenco Woods Nature Park, the former ODOT rail corridor, and Cornelius Pass Road. The project has one trenchless crossing under the TriMet light rail tracks and one open-cut critical resource crossing through Rock Creek. The Willamette Water Supply System Commission (WWSS Commission) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of the Willamette Water Supply Program (WWSP) section PLW_2.1 pipeline. Only prime contractors that have been prequalified prior to this advertisement Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified Bid bond executed in favor of the Owner in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the Base Bid total. The successful Respondent will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract as prescribed in the RFP There will be no Pre-Proposal Conference, and instead a Proprietary Meeting may be requested by a Respondent as indicated in the RFP documents. WWSS Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, or to cancel this solicitation at any time if deemed to be in the best interest of the WWSS Commission
