Renovation of a residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
HPHA is renovating the central restrooms on the first floor of the Elm Towers development. The project demolishes and replaces all existing sink, stalls, and toilets in order to include a new ADA stall in each restroom. Flooring, ceilings, lights, bathrooms accessories, stall partitions, wall finishes, and air grilles and diffusers are to be replaced as well. The restroom fixture quantity and layout will be adjusted to make the spaces ADA compliant, which will necessitate moving piping and waste lines. All concrete demo and repair, electrical work, plumbing, labor and materials for a complete finished ADA compliant restroom are included. An addendum will be issued by 06:00 p.m. on May 23, 2022. All questions must be sent to HPHA by 12:00 p.m. on May 19, 2022. HPHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding process, and to terminate the bidding process at any time, if deemed to be in the best interest of the HPHA.
