The Town of Salisbury will receive quotes from qualified vendors referred to herein as the "Community" for Warranty and Maintenance Services of the Municipal Street Light Systems in the Community in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 30 39M of the Massachusetts Bidding Statutes. The solicitation for quotes may be obtained at the Salisbury Town Hall, Chief Aide's office or by emailing jryan@salisburyma.gov until the deadline for submittals. Vendors must meet the minimum experience and qualifications as outlined in Section 3.1 and have completed the pre-qualification application in its entirety. The selected offeror will be required to sign the form of Agreement with the Community. The Community reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, wholly or in part, and to make awards in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Community.
