The project consists of, but is not limited to, installing new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof membrane and insulation system over the existing roof membrane and insulation. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after the date of opening.
