Renovation of a municipal facility in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to City of Cranbrook Council Chambers and Washrooms Renovation located at 40-10th Avenue South, Cranbrook, BC, V1C 2M8. The project consists of a new refresh to the Council Chambers and Washrooms for Cranbrook City Hall located on 10 Avenue South. The renovation consists of hazmat abatement and select demolition followed by architectural woodwork, doors, glazing, steel stud infill framing, ceramic tile, carpet tile, acoustic ceilings, acoustic wall panels, painting specialties, mechanical, electrical and excavation and fill.
