Renovation of an industrial development in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
For the Servicing of power supply of the new warehouse building at the Cranbrook Fire Zone, in Cranbrook BC located at 2550 Stahl Road, Cranbrook BC V1C 7B1. This tender is for the electrical power service of the new warehouse building as well as other electrical services such as but not limited to data, telecommunications, lighting, mechanical equipment, alarm system at the Cranbrook Fire Zone in Cranbrook BC. Works shall be performed while maintaining the existing service operational until power to the new service occurs. Transition shall have minimum impact to the operation of the existing site. New service cables and conduits shall be directed up to the location of the new building as shown on the site drawing. Stubbed out empty conduits are already installed outside of the new warehouse building to accommodate final installation. This contract calls for the connection and installation of a new panel in the new warehouse buildings well as security system with door position, exterior/interior lighting system, power to mechanical equipment and installation of mechanical equipment's, power and data infrastructure, with surface mounted conduits. Some tree cutting/falling may be required. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
