CalOptima invites Proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Architectural & Engineering Services. Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals Prices good for: 120 days Q & A deadline: Apr 22, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT CalOptimas fundamental commitment is to contract for results. CalOptima defines a successful result as a generation of defined, measurable, and beneficial outcomes that satisfy the contract requirements and support CalOptimas mission and objectives. This RFP 22-052 describes what is required of the successful Offeror in terms of services, deliverables, performance measures and outcomes, and unless otherwise noted in this RFP, places the responsibility for how they are accomplished on the successful Offeror. It should be noted that as a public agency, CalOptima is mandated by various government entities to incorporate many of the terms and conditions listed within the entities Contract, and is unable to modify them in any way. CalOptima may disqualify and terminate negotiations with any Offeror that did not take exception to a given Sample Contract provision in its proposal and subsequently attempts to do so during negotiations. As such, it is in Offerors best interest to have the Sample Contract reviewed by counsel prior to submitting a proposal. Each deletion, addition, and modification, etc., to CalOptima's Sample Contract must be logged and submitted on the "Request to Negotiate Contract Terms"form. Failure to do so will result in your proposal being deemed non-responsive. Even if you currently have a contract with CalOptima or have had one in the past, a "Request to Negotiate Contract Terms" form must be created and included as part of your firms' proposal. The successful Offeror will be required to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
